The Basics
Lagree HTX uses state of the art equipment and effective core moves to deliver unparalleled results.
The Workout
In each 45-minute Lagree HTX class, you’ll experience a challenging workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility. The movements are slow and controlled to activate slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers. Transitions between exercises are minimal but quick making the workout more effective. Each Lagree HTX class is different so your muscles stay challenged — and so you never get bored!

FAQ
-
Who are Lagree HTX classes for?
Classes at Lagree HTX are appropriate for adults of all fitness levels and body types.
-
Is Lagree hard?
Yes, you will be challenged the entirety of the class. We are not pilates and we take pride in our high energy, high calorie burning interpretation of the Lagree Method. You will burn, you will shake, you will sweat (A LOT), but you WILL see results.
-
How do I find the studio?
We’re located in the heart of Upper Kirby, at 2630 Richmond Avenue 77098. Give us a ring if you have trouble tracking us down. 832.683.6532.
-
Where should I park?
We have our own designated parking lot behind the studio. Three additional spots are available at the side of the studio on Lake St.

What should I bring to class?
A big bottle of water and grip socks. If you don’t have any, you can pick some up at the studio before your first class.
-
Do you offer introductory classes?
If you’ve never been on a Megaformer before, we recommend you take a private lesson or beginners class. But not to worry, our skilled trainers will guide and adjust your form, whether it’s your first or 50th class.
-
How many classes should I take each week?
We recommend 3-4 classes per week to see optimum results. However, especially when you’re first getting into it, listen to your body. Rest and recovery are key for long-lasting changes.
-
How many people are in each class?
There is a maximum of 10 clients. The small class allows our instructors to keep each client accountable and help with individual needs.
-
How long is each class?
45 total body burning minutes.
